Price and Payment
Subscription on booksinvoice will be payable in advance on a daily
basis. GST will be payable extra on all prices. Subscriptions on booksinvoice
can be taken through credit, debit card or any other online/offline payment
method. We shall not be bound to pay any kind of data communication or internet
payment used by the User or any claim made by the Telecom Service Provider at
our cost.
In the event of non-payment of the prescribed payment amount by anyone
for the use of the Service, that service shall be terminated forthwith. The
user can restart his service by contacting booksinvoice.com or via e-mail.
Refund Policy
Booksinvoice.com is committed to process refund within 07 working days.
But note that it takes 3-7 days for the bank to process the refund.
Refund process
If the payment is successful and credited to the booksinvoice.com
account but the user does not get the subscription facility, then booksinvoice
will refund the payment within 7-10 working days. To resolve the refund issue,
fill up the form or contact the customer support to give clear details of the
current status of your booksinvoice account and the related issue.
Cancellation
booksinvoice reserves the right to revoke all rights of any user who
accesses the audio book or attempts to make its services accessible to many
other people by any other means. The User can stop using the Services at any
time he wants. booksinvoice advises the user to take permission before doing
so. If any deduction is made from any user's account by mistake, then that
deduction will automatically reach his account within 10 days. If the Company
believes that your account and password are being misused in any manner or that
the information provided by you during registration is untrue, incorrect,
incomplete or illegal, in any event without assigning any reason, the Company
may reserves the right to withhold / cancel / delete the content / unsubscribe
from the account.
